Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds. In order to keep costs down QB has adopted the policy that registration is transferable but not refundable. We are not taking names for a waiting list, but we do encourage those of you who find that you cannot attend to arrange for a transfer on the OWLS listserv. Please update any transfers before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 7, 2012, so that we have the correct information on our list of attendees.
To transfer registration, please do the following to update the will-call name through BPT:
1. Click on the link in your confirmation email from BPT
2. Scroll to the bottom section and click on "change name"
3. Enter the name of the person to whom you are transferring your registration and click on "save"
